Artist Statement
Saverpierre’s works of art embodies a dynamic interplay of creation and deconstruction permitting transformative and deeper understandings of the self. His work does more than invite viewers to engage with visual representations. The works no matter the genre are also invitations to explore the layers of our inner lives and celebrate the resilience that comes from the transformative act of uncovering experiences.
Bio
Saverpierre, born in 1967, is a contemporary visual artist. He holds academic credentials such as a Bachelor and Master of Arts (political science), Master of Education, a Bachelor and Master of Laws, and a Doctor of Philosophy (Statistics and Research Methods).
Saverpierre also practices law and has taught statistics at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
