Saverpierre Maggio
Saverpierre is currently tasked with two distinct bodies of work. The first is a series titled “Colouring Pages.” This series is inspired by children’s colouring pages dated between 1920 and 1970. The second body of work is titled “In Your World.” The works in this series documents the disruption of the x-y plane when shifting to the z-axis. This body of work challenges the historical expectation or premise that a painting should remain flat.
Saverpierre is based in Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
